Paper is jammed when performing automatic duplex printing.

If the paper is jammed when performing automatic duplex printing, remove the paper following the
procedure below.

• If you need to turn off the machine to remove jammed paper during printing, touch the Stop button to
cancel print jobs before turning off the machine.
1.
Detach the rear cover.
Pull out the rear cover.
2.
Detach the transport unit cover.
Lift up the transport unit cover, then pull it out.
3. Pull out the paper slowly.
