Take Horizontal Ref as an example to demonstrate the scaling effect of different
settings:
Timebase=10 ns/div，Horizontal Delay=-20 ns=-2 div
Fixed position, timebase is changed to 5 ns/div, the grid number of delay (-2 div) remains
fixed, while the horizontal delay changes to -10 ns
