Setting up the machine
When setting up the machine, adjust the legs so
that the machine is steady.

Make sure that all packing tape affixed to
the machine is peeled off and that all
packing material is removed.

Set up the machine while making sure that
there is sufficient space around it.

Adjust the legs so that the machine is
steady.
Use the included wrench to loosen the lock nut on the
leg that you wish to adjust.

• In order to prevent malfunctions or damage,
do not set up the machine in a location
exposed to the following conditions.
• Insufficient space
• Liquids, such as water (1)

• Objects within the moving range of the
embroidery frame (3)
• Extremely high or extremely low
temperatures. The operating environment
should be between 5 °C (40 °F) and 40 °C
(104 °F). (4)

• An unstable surface (7)
• Connection to extension cords or multiple
adapters (8)
Note
• For your safety: Since the machine weighs
approximately 38 kg (84 lb), do not set it up
on an unstable table or desk.
