Error name Faulty power supply
Text Abnormal voltage is applied to some parts in the
power supply or another failure may have
occurred. Unplug the projector from the power
outlet, then plug it back into the outlet and turn on
the projector again. If the same warning occurs
again, there may be a malfunction in the
projector. Unplug the projector from the power
outlet. Contact the Canon Customer Support
Center.
Errors related
to the lens
Error name Faulty lens
Text The lens unit is not installed correctly. Unplug the
projector, install the lens unit correctly, and then
plug the projector in again. If the same warning
occurs again, there may be a malfunction in the
projector. Contact the Canon Customer Support
Center.
