Roast probe
(Wireless Precision Probe)
The wireless roast probe allows you to
accurately monitor the food's internal
temperature during the cooking process
(see “Roast - Roast probe”). The roast
probe is stored in a storage sleeve in
the front frame when not in use.
The roast probe can only be used in
the upper oven.
Opener
The opener allows you to open the
cover of the oven light.
Miele Oven Cleaner
Miele oven cleaner is suitable for
removing stubborn soiling. It is not
necessary to preheat the oven before
use.
