Phone Pairing
You can establish a Bluetooth
®
connection
in two ways.
• [From phone]: Search from the device.
• [Inquiry]: Search from the system.
This function is disabled while the
motorcycle is in motion.
!a Enable the Bluetooth
®
function on your
device.
uFor details, refer to the instruction
manual of your device.
!b Select [Bluetooth setting], and then
press or switch.
!c Select [Phone pairing], and then press
or switch to enter the setting
menu.
[From phone]
!d Select [From phone], and then press
or switch.
uThe system waits for a response from
a target device for 2 minutes.
!e Tap “Honda Goldwing (default name)”
on the Bluetooth
®
setting menu of the
target device.
!fWhen a request message appears on
the target device, tap “Pair.”
!gThe device name and PIN code appear
on the screen. Select [Pair], and then
press or switch.
!hWhen the pairing is complete, a
message to inform you that pairing was
successful appears on the screen. Press
or switch.
!i (Bluetooth
®
icon) and (device
icon) appear on the upper part of the
screen, and icons of available functions
appear next to the name of the device
and turn on in light blue.

!jReturn to the previous screen or the
Home screen.
