The Galaxy Watch supports about 40 indoor and outdoor exercises and activities. Exercise
efficiently with the Galaxy Watch at home, outside, or at a fitness centre. The Galaxy Watch
helps you achieve your set target by carefully checking your workout time, distance, speed,
heart rate, and calorie consumption while exercising.
For more information about starting various exercises, refer to Exercise.
You can effectively continue through several exercises in one session. After finishing one
exercise, start the next exercise immediately.
