156 Pre-driving checks and adjustments
The light blinks only when you push any button on
the Intelligent Key. The light illumination only
signifies that the Intelligent Key has transmitted a
signal. You may look and/or listen to verify that the
vehicle has performed the intended operation. If
the light does not blink, your battery may be too
weak to communicate to the vehicle. If this occurs,
the battery may need to be replaced.

HAZARD INDICATOR OPERATION

When you lock or unlock the doors with the lock or
capacitive unlock sensors (where fitted), request
switch (where fitted) or the remote keyless entry
function, the hazard indicator will flash as a
confirmation.
The following descriptions show how the hazard
indicator will activate when locking or unlocking
the doors.
