❑ My Surround
Specify whether or not “My Surround” is enabled to reproduce a sense of surround
sound even in a room not suitable for surround sound playback using sound beams.
Settings
• To use “My Surround”, establish the listening position directly in front of the unit for a greater sense of
surround sound.
• When “My Surround” is set to “On”, CINEMA DSP is disabled.
• When “My Surround” is set to “On”, Dolby Atmos playback or playback using height channels is not
possible.
Specify whether or not the subwoofer will be used, how it will be connected, and its
distance to the listening position.
❑ Bass Out
Specify whether or not the subwoofer will be used and how it is connected.

❑ Cross Over
Specify the upper limit of audio frequencies output from the subwoofer (the lower limit
of audio frequencies output from the unit).

❑ Distance
Specify the distance from the subwoofer to the listening position.
Adjustable range
0.3 m (1.0 ft) to 15.0 m (50.0 ft) (default: 2.5 m (8.5 ft))
❑ Pairing
Manually pair the unit with the wireless subwoofer kit.
After “Pairing” is selected, press the PAIRING button on the wireless subwoofer kit for
three seconds.
• “Pairing” can be selected when “Bass Out” is set to “Front/Wireless”.
Off (default) My Surround is disabled.
On
“My Surround” is enabled. Enjoy playing audio with a good sense of surround
sound even in an environment where surround sound playback using sound
beams does not provide sufficient surround sound effects.
Press the 3D SURROUND key or the SURROUND key on the remote control for
playback using the My Surround function.
