Turn On the Siren
WARNING: The loudest siren setting, which is the default loudness option for the siren, is
more than 100 decibels. Do not test the siren while people or pets are close to the base
station. Prolonged exposure to the siren might cause hearing damage.
¾ To turn on the Arlo Pro base station siren:
1. Tap the Arlo icon on your mobile device.
If you are using a computer, enter https://my.arlo.com/#/login in the address bar
of a browser.
The Devices page displays.
2. Tap or click Turn Siren ON.
3. Tap or click Yes to confirm that you want to turn on the siren.
Note: The siren loudness is determined by the loudness of the siren trigger rule for
whichever mode is currently active on the base station. If the active mode does not use any
siren trigger rules, the siren defaults to its loudest setting.
Turn O the Siren
To turn o the siren when near the base station, press the button on the top of
the base station.
¾ To turn o the Arlo Pro base station siren remotely:
1. Tap the Arlo icon on your mobile device.
If you are using a computer, enter https://my.arlo.com/#/login in the address bar
of a browser.
The Devices page displays.
2. Tap or click Turn Siren OFF.
The siren stops.
