• Folder sync settings: Select which email folders to sync with the server.

• Empty server trash: Delete the content of the trash folder on the server.

• Security options: Manage encryption and signature options for outgoing email.

Email Settings
Configure options for email accounts you set up on your phone.
General Email Preferences
1. From home, tap Apps > Email .
2. Tap Menu > Settings to configure options. General email settings, which affect all email
accounts, include:
Manage accounts: Configure options for specific accounts. Available settings depend on the
type of account.
Add account: Add additional email accounts.
Manage folders: Show, hide, and reorder your folders.
View as: View emails in standard or conversational mode.
Auto fit content: Shrink email content to fit the screen. Content can still be viewed in detail
by zooming in.
Notifications: Notifications for new emails display in the status bar. When disabled, you can
control notifications for each of your email accounts individually in the account’s settings.
Spam addresses: Create and maintain a list of email addresses and domains to
automatically block emails from those senders.
Confirm deletions: Ask for confirmation before deleting email.
