Set Authencaon Parameters

Set Authencaon Parameters.

Steps

Tap Conguraon → General Sengs → Authencaon Sengs .

Tap Save.

Device Type

Main Card Reader

You can congure the device card reader's parameters. If you select main card reader, you

need to congure the following parameters: Card Reader Type, Card Reader Descripon,

Enable Card Reader, Authencaon, Recognion Interval (s), Max.Authencaon Failed

Aempts Alarm/Alarm of Max. Failed Aempts.

Card Reader Type

Get card reader type.

Card Reader Descripon

Get card reader descripon. It is read-only.

Enable Card Reader

Enable the card reader's funcon.

Authencaon

Select an authencaon mode according to your actual needs from the drop-down list.

Recognion Interval

If the interval between card presenng of the same card is less than the congured value, the

card presenng is invalid. The interval me range is from 0 to 255 seconds (When set to 0, it

means that recognion interval is not enabled, and the same authencaon can be used for

unlimited mes).

Mulple People Authecaon

Aer mulple faces authencaon is enabled, mulple faces authencaon is supported.

Max. Authencaon Failed Aempts Alarm/Alarm of Max. Failed Aempts

Enable to report alarm when the card reading aempts reach the set value.

Set Privacy Parameters

Set the event storage type, picture upload and storage parameters, and the picture clearing

parameters.
