Edit the holidays. Tap Conguraon → Time and Aendance → Holiday Management to enter

the sengs page. Tap the holiday to edit the sengs.

Delete the holidays. Tap Conguraon → Time and Aendance → Holiday Management , tap

the holiday to enter the sengs page, and tap to delete the holiday.

Manage Shi Schedule via Mobile Web Browser

You can combine the shi and holiday according to your actual needs. Shi schedule by

department and shi schedule by individual are supported.

Manage Shi Schedule by Department via Mobile Web Browser

You can set the shi schedule by department, and the employees in the same department will use

the same shi schedule.

Before You Start

Edit the department. You can refer to Manage Department via Mobile Web Browser for details.

Set the normal shi and man-hour shi. You can refer to Manage Normal Shi via Mobile Web

Browser and Manage Man-Hour Shi via Mobile Web Browser for details.

●

Set the holiday aendance. You can refer to Manage Holiday via Mobile Web Browser for

details.

Steps

Tap Conguraon → Time and Aendance → Shi Schedule Management → Shi Schedule by

Department to enter the sengs page.

Tap the shi schedule to edit the shi schedule by department.

Edit the shi schedule by department parameters.

Department Name

You should set the department name in department management. You can refer to

Manage

Department via Mobile Web Browser for details.

Add Shi Schedule

Tap +, and set the shi schedule name, shi schedule me and daily shi schedule

informaon.

Note

Up to 8 shi schedules can be added, and the dates of each shi schedule cannot overlap.

Holiday Sengs

Tap Holiday Sengs, select the holiday and tap OK. Aer seng, the aendance will not be

checked during holidays.

Tap Save.
