Steps

Tap Local T&A → Shi Schedule by Department to enter the Shi Schedule by Department

page.

Select a department from the list to enter the Shi Schedule Details page.

Edit parameters.

Department Name

The department name should be edited in Dept. management page. For details, see

Department Management .

Employee

You can see employees in the department.

Add Shi Schedule

You can add shi schedules and set shi schedule of each shi schedule and shi type of shi

on Monday to Sunday.

Note

Up to 8 shi schedules can be added and each shi schedule me can not be overlapped

with other shi schedule me.

Holiday Sengs

Tap holiday sengs and tap in the upper right of the Holiday Sengs page. Aer saving

the sengs, the aendance will not be recorded during the holiday.

Tap to save the sengs.

Shi Schedule by Individual (Add/Edit/Delete)

Take aendance according to individual's condions.

Before You Start

Add user before seng shi schedule by individual. For details, see User Management .

Set normal shit or man-hour shi. For details, see Set Normal Shi 和 Set Man-Hour Shi .

●

Set the aendance holiday. For details, see Manage Holiday (Add/Edit/Delete) .

Steps

Note

The shi schedule by individual has higher priority than shi schedule by department. If a user has

congured both shi schedule by department and by individual, the system will take aendance

according to shi schedule by individual rst.

Tap Local T&A → Shi Schedule by Individual to enter the Shi Schedule by Individual page.
