Steps

Set aendance rules.

1) Tap Conguraon → Time and Aendance → Shi Management → Normal Shi

Management .

2) Tap Aendance Rule.

3) Set advanced check in me, latest check in me, absence me(late), earliest check out me,

latest check out me, and absence me(early leave).

Note

The me unit is minute.

●

The congurable me range is from 0 to 1440 minutes (including 0 and 1440).

4) Tap Save.

Set normal shi.

1) Tap Conguraon → Time and Aendance → Shi Management → Normal Shi

Management .

2) Tap a normal shi to enter the sengs page.

Note

3 normal shis has been congured by default.

3) Set the shi name, the start me and end me of the aendance duraon.

If the aendance rules conict with the normal shi duraons, the device will prompt

"Duraon error". Please delete all duraons and recongure the sengs aer exing.

●

The shi name supports Chinese, uppercase English, lowercase English, numbers and

symbols.

●

Up to 32 characters can be entered in shi name.

4) Tap Save.

Oponal: Add the shi.

1) Tap + in normal shi management page.
