How to Set the Oven for Convection Baking or Roasting
[] Touch the CONVECTION BAKE
MULTI/1 RACKer CONVECTION
ROAST pad.
[] Touch the number l)ads to set the
desired o_en temperatm'e.
[] Touch the START pad.
To change tile oven temperature, touch
tile CONVECTIONBAKE MULTI/I RACK or
CONVECTIONROAST pad and then the
number pads to set the new temperatm'e.
X4]_en the oven starts to heat, file changing
temperatm'e, starting at 100°F (38°C), will
be disl)layed. \4]_en oven _eaches the
teinl)erature you set, 3 beeps will sotmd.

NOTE: When convection baking, the oven temperature will be 25°1:(14°C) lower than
