Adjust settings for the various drive modes.

BKT SETTING
Choose the settings used when the drive dial is rotated to
BKT (P 130).
CH HIGH SPEED BURST
Select the frame rate used when the drive dial is rotated to
CH (continuous high speed). The display frame rate when
the electronic shutter is used is 40fps, or 60fps in 1.25×
crop mode.
