¼ medium red onion, cut
into 1-inch pieces
2 celery stalks, cut into
1-inch pieces
1 pound cooked chicken
breast, cut into 1-inch
pieces
¼ cup light mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground
black pepper
pinch paprika

Insert the large metal chopping blade into the large work bowl
of the Cuisinart
®
Food Processor. Add the onion and celery and
pulse to finely chop, about 8 to 10 pulses. Add the chicken and
pulse about 5 to 6 times to chop. Scrape the bowl and add the
mayonnaise and seasonings; pulse to achieve desired
consistency.
