Ingredients:

1 piece rosemary

Method:
1. Remove the heads from the shrimps. Cut open
the shrimp with the shells and remove the
intestines. Wash thoroughly and wipe dry the
water. Place A into a bowl and stir evenly. Add in
the shrimps, sliced garlic, and stir evenly (leave it
standing for 15 minutes for a stronger À avor).
2. Place the shrimps in the center of the grill tray in
the middle shelf position. Select crispy grill and
cook for 10-12 minutes.

1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon tomato paste
¼ cup white wine
1 tablespoon basil, chopped

chopped parsley
Method:
1. Place cleaned seafood into a 2-litre dish. Set
aside.
2. Place butter and garlic in a 1-litre dish. Cook on
1000 W for 1 minute 30 seconds.
3. Add remaining ingredients except seafood to dish
and cook on 1000 W for 3 minutes.
4. Purée tomato mixture in a blender or food
processor and pour over seafood. Cook on 800
W for 6 to 7 minutes. Stand for 5 minutes. Serve
with pasta or salad.

USSELS WITH

Ingredients:

mussels, weight in shells
15 ml olive oil
1 onion ¿ nely chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
150 ml dry white wine
1 bunch À at-leaf parsley,
¿ nely chopped
Method:
1. Scrub mussels and pull off any beards discarding
any broken or open shells.
2. Place oil, onion and garlic in a dish, cover with
pierced cling ¿ lm. Place on base of oven and
cook on 1000 W for 2 minutes.
3. Add wine and cook on 1000 W for 3 minutes.
4. Fill water tank. Add the mussels, cover dish with
pierced cling ¿ lm and cook on glass shelf in lower
shelf position on Steam 1 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Discard any unopened shells. Add the parsley
and stir before serving.
