Receiving transcribed documents
As soon as a dictation is transcribed, the nished
document is attached to the original dictation in the
SpeechLive portal. Depending on your SpeechLive
notication settings for your workow users, the
document can additionally be sent to the authors via
email. If users work with Philips SpeechExec Pro Dictate
software, the dictation is also attached to the original
dictation in the software.
Note
The nished document is sent as an .rtf and a .txt
le. If smartphone users can’t open the .rtf le, we
recommend using the .txt le instead.
