Description
Set the span of the TOI measurement.
Query the span of the TOI measurement.

Explanation
This command is only available when the TOI measurement is enabled.
This setting changes the span of the spectrum analyzer.
Return Format
The query returns the span in integer and the unit is Hz.
Example
The command below sets the span to 1 MHz.
:SENSe:TOI:FREQuency:SPAN 1000000
The query below returns 1000000.
