10.5.2 Queue Management

It is used to count queuing-up people number and waing me of each person.

Refer to Set Regional People Queuing-Up to set regional people queuing-up detecon.

Refer to Set Waing Time Detecon to set waing me detecon.

Refer to Queue Management Stascs to set and view queue management stascs.

Note

Queue management is only supported by certain models.

Set Regional People Queuing-Up

It is used to count queuing-up persons in dened areas. Alarms are triggered when the alarm

threshold condion and the alarm trigger are both met.

Before You Start

Go to VCA and select the applicaon. Select People Management and click Next to enable the

funcon.

For the device supporng HEOP, go to VCA to import and enable People Management.

Steps

Go to VCA → Set Applicaon → People Management → Queue Management → Rule .

Click Add and edit the rule name according to your need.
