3. To set t he select ed function as t he hot key, select ENTER.
Configuring date and time settings
Configure the date and t im e set tings of t he proj ect or. Make sure t hese set tings are accurate if you
want t o use t he schedule feat ure.
1. Select Menu > Configuration > Date and Time.
2. Set up t he appropriate sett ing:
• Clock Mode—Set s t he clock m ode t o Local or Net work. A NTP Server is required if t he
clock m ode is set to Net work.
• Date—Set s a date for the proj ect or. The dat e form at is Year/ Mont h/ Dat e.
• Time—Set s t he t im e for the proj ect or.
• Daylight Saving Time—Configures t he daylight saving sett ings if required.
• NTP Server—Select s a NTP Server for t he net work clock m ode.
• Time Zone—Select s an appropriate t im e zone for t he net work clock m ode.
• Update Interval—Set s t he date and t im e updat e int erval.
3. To apply the dat e and t im e sett ings, select Apply.
Scheduling events
Schedule feat ure allows you t o schedule various proj ect or functions at the given date and t im e.
1. Select Menu > Configuration > Schedule.
2. View or set up t he appropriat e set ting:
• Date and Time—Adj ust s t he dat e and tim e for t he proj ect or.
• Schedule Mode—Enables t he schedule m ode if you want t o schedule proj ect or
funct ions.
• View Today—Displays event s scheduled for the current day.
• Monday to Sunday—Set s up schedule for days of a week.
• Event 01-016—See st ep 5 in Setting up a schedule on page 63 for a full list of
available actions.
• Copy Events To—I f several days of a week have t he sam e schedule, creat e a fully
scheduled day, select Copy Events To, and select t hese days of t he week where
you want t o copy t he full schedule.
• Reset Schedule—Reset s all of t he schedule set tings t o t he fact ory default s.
