Adjusting the image settings
1. Select Menu > Image Settings > 3D Display > 3D Enable.
2. Select t he appropriate 3D form at :
• Auto
• Frame Packing
• Side by Side
• Top and Bot t om
• Frame Sequential
• Dual Pipe
• 4K 3D
• 4K 3D Dual Pipe
• Off
3. To confirm t he select ion, select ENTER.
Inverting 3D signal
3D im ages consist of a series of im ages ( fram es) t hat alternat e quickly between t wo slight ly
different view point s, corresponding t o our left and right eyes. When t hese fram es are displayed
fast enough and viewed wit h 3D glasses synchronized t o t he left / right (L/ R) changes, the result ing
im age appears wit h t he sam e dept h and perspect ive that is sensed in t he real world.
I f t he proj ect or generat es t he sync int ernally and cont ent is displayed without 3D sync in the cable
connect ed t o t he proj ect or, t he cont ent has a 50% chance of being displayed with t he left / right eyes
swapped. This funct ion is used for swapping t he sequence of t he im age to m ake t he result ing im age
appear norm ally.
1. Select Menu > Image Settings > 3D Display > 3D Invert.
2. To swap, select ENTER.
Selecting the 3D sync input signal
This funct ion is used for select ing t he 3D sync input opt ion.
1. Select Menu > Image Settings > 3D Display > 3D Sync In Select.
2. Select t he appropriate 3D sync in set t ing.
• Auto—I f an ext ernal 3D sync input is det ect ed, t he proj ect or uses aut om at ically t he
ext ernal sync input . I f no ext ernal sync input is det ect ed, the proj ector uses t he int ernal
3D sync to display the content .
For m ulti- threaded applicat ions, if the 3D enable funct ion is set t o Fram e Sequent ial,
Christ ie recom m ends t o connect t he source device t o t he proj ect or using 3D Sync I n
port . The Fram e Delay funct ion m akes sure a synchronized display for m ult iple
proj ectors.
• Internal—The proj ect or generat es t he 3D sync int ernally and content is displayed.
• External—The proj ect or uses an ext ernal 3D sync input t o display t he cont ent .
3. To confirm t he select ion, select ENTER.
