Eggs
Use a perforated pan to boil eggs.
The eggs do not need to be pierced before cooking as they
are gradually warmed during the heating up phase and so do
not burst when they are cooked with steam.
Use a greased, solid pan for preparing egg dishes,
e.g. custard.
