Adjusting the seat fore-and-aft position

Lift handle : and slide the seat forwards or
backwards.

Release lever : again.
Make sure that you hear the seat engage in
position.
Backrest angle

Relieve the pressure on the backrest.

Pull lever = up and adjust the backrest to the
desired angle.

Release lever = again.
The seat backrest must audibly engage.

Pull up or push down lever ; repeatedly until
the seat has reached the desired height.

Seat fore-and-aft adjustment
For safety reasons, seat fore-and-aft adjustment
on electrically adjustable seats is only possible
for a maximum of two seconds when the vehicle
is in motion. The seat fore-and-aft adjustment
can then no longer be set.

If after starting the journey no correct seat
fore-and-aft adjustment has been made,
there is a risk of accident and injury. Pull over
and stop the vehicle safely as soon as possi-
ble and readjust the seat position.

passenger seat will be moved to a better
position if it was previously in an unfavora-

Adjusting the head restraints

To raise: pull the head restraint up to the
desired position.

manually and electrically adjustable seats,
but not with AMG Performance Seats.
