1 Add broccoli, garlic, cream, and
vegetable stock to the Tall Cup.
2 Twist on the Cross Blade and blend
into a smooth soup-like consistency.
3 Remove Cross Blade and microwave
soup in the Tall Cup for 2 minutes.
Ingredients will be hot. Use caution when
removing soup.
TIPS:
To help your little one adapt to eating
greens and veggies, add some melted
cheese to the soup for a tasty kid-friendly
meal. • To make dairy-free, substitute the
cream with a milk of your choice such as
almond, cashew, organic soy, or coconut.
• Add some protein by using Organic
Greek yogurt in place of cream.
