Return and clear the IEEE-488.2 Standard Event Status Register.
The response is a decimal number that ranges from 0 to 255. The definition of
the bits are shown in Table 5.

number, serial number, and firmware version numbers.

The response is 1 if the Product is equipped with the Input Module (7109A-P or
6109A-P only). It is 0 otherwise.
