When installing piston rod guides to barrel,
I
make sure chain fastening lugs are positioned
properly. With cylinder in front of you, place
right rod guide with chain lugs on bottom and
left rod guide with chain lugs on top as
illustrated.
Insert the four tie rods
(2)
with rod guide chain
hole centerlines parallel. Torque nuts
to
40
-
45
ft
-
lbs.
