18.5 All Measurement
Enabling All Measurement displays all vertical and horizontal measurement
parameters of the specified channel at the same. The font color of the
measurement parameters is consistent with the color of the specified source.
18.6 Gate
Sometimes the user may want to measure parameters for a certain specified
time range of the signal and ignore signal parts that lie outside of that range. In
this case, the Gate function can be helpful.
Touch Gate in the measure dialog box, then two
horizontal cursors A and B will appear in the grid
area. The gate setting dialog box will be displayed
on the right.
Gate cursors A and B are used to define the range of
time for parameter measurements. The oscilloscope
only measures the parameters of the data between A
and B, ignoring the data outside the range.
The setting of gate cursors is similar to that of
ordinary cursors. See "Select and Move Cursors" for
details.
