CHORIZO, CABBAGE AND APPLE SOUP
Ingredients:
¼ chorizo sausage, nely chopped 1 onion, nely chopped
1 apple 2 carrots, chopped
2 sticks of celery, chopped 2 chopped tomatoes
¼ spring cabbage, nely chopped 1 tbsp tomato purée
2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped 1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 pinch salt 1 pinch black pepper
850ml vegetable stock
Method:
1. Open the lid and select
on the menu, and press . Sauté the chorizo for 2 minutes.
2. Add the onion and garlic. Cook till the onion softens.
3. Peel, core and chop the apple. Add the remaining ingredients. Press
twice to stop the
program. Close the lid.
4. Select
on the menu, and press
. Wait till the program ends. This is a great soup and
if you leave it overnight in the fridge, the avour will develop further.
