WHITE LOAF
Ingredients:
1 tbsp golden syrup 1 tbsp butter
320ml milk 1 sachet dried yeast
500g strong white bread our 1 tsp salt
Method:
1. Open the lid and add the milk. Select

begins to bubble at the edges.
2. Transfer the milk to a jug and press
twice to stop the program. Let the milk cool to
between 37°C and 45°C.
3. Melt the butter in a pan over a low heat.

6. Add the milk and knead into a ball. If the mix is very sticky, add a little extra our.
7. Cover and leave in a warm place for 10 minutes. Knead again.

9. Close the lid and 30 minutes before cooking ends, open the lid.
10. Turn the bread over. This will help to give the top of the loaf a little colour and a crunch.
