MOROCCAN FISH TAGINE
Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped 1 onion, chopped
1 red pepper, deseeded and chopped 2 sticks of celery, chopped
2 chopped tomatoes 1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp turmeric
1 cinnamon stick 1 tbsp harissa paste
120ml white wine 1 tsp tomato purée
120ml sh stock 1 lemon
675g sh (cod/haddock/salmon) 1 handful of green olives
1 small bunch coriander, chopped Salt and pepper
Method:
1. Reserve the coriander. Open the lid and add the remaining ingredients.
2. Close the lid and select
on the menu, and press .
3. Cook till the sh becomes aky (40-60 minutes). Press
twice to stop the program.
4. Add the coriander and adjust the seasoning and serve. This would be great with couscous.
