INTRODUCTION
Initial Tablet Setup
while the tablet establishes communication with the vehicle.
To power OFF the tablet:
1. With the tablet on, press and hold the POWER button for approximately 3 seconds.
NOTE: The tablet can only be turned off when the USB is removed from the tablet
and the DLC cable is removed from the vehicle.
n The screen displays a message “POWER OFF”.
n If POWER OFF is selected, the tablet powers down and turns off.
2. When the tablet is on, press
POWER button once to go into sleep mode. Similarly, press the POWER
button one more time to wake up the tablet.
NOTE: Another way to turn OFF the tool is by pressing and holding the
POWER
button for about 15 seconds - the tool will turn off right away.
INITIAL TABLET SETUP
Follow these steps to setup the tablet for the rst time.
1. Charge Tool – use the included charging cable to completely charge your tool before conducting your rst scan.
2. Setup Wi-Fi Network – The tablet requires a Wi-Fi network connection to activate all its features. [

3. Check for Updates – We’re continuously making free software, data, and rmware updates. It is important to
keep your tablet up to date to ensure its best performance. Please follow the steps to check an automatically
update your tablet under SETTINGS. [
