To disengage the hydrostatic
transmission
To move the product with the engine off, you must
open the hydraulic circuits on the front and the rear
transmission. This is done by opening the bypass valves
in the transmission motors.
CAUTION: The product has no brakes
when the bypass valves are open. The
bypass valves must be closed before you
operate the product.
CAUTION: Do not tow the product in
high speed or for long distances. This will
cause damage to the transmissions.
Rear transmission
To open the bypass valve, open the locknut (A) ¼–½
turn counterclockwise and then the valve screw (B) 2
turns counterclockwise.

To close the bypass valve, close the valve screw (B)
and tighten to 8 Nm and then tighten the locknut (A)
to 30 Nm.
Front transmission
To open the bypass valve, open the locknut (A) ¼–½
turn counterclockwise and then the valve screw (B) 2
turns counterclockwise.

To close the bypass valve, close the valve screw (B)
and tighten to 8 Nm and then tighten the locknut (A)
to 30 Nm.
