Leveling
Use a M14 Wrench to adjust the height of the Leveling Feet.
Powering On
The console power is created by a built in generator. When
you begin pedaling the Elliptical trainer, the console will
automatically power up. If there is no movement at the
ywheel, the console will go to standby mode. In stand-by
mode the console display will turn o. To turn the console
on, begin pedaling.
When initially powered on the console will perform an
internal self-test. During this time all the lights will turn on.
When the lights go o, the Message Center will show the
software version (i.e.:VER 1.0). The distance window shows
the distance in miles and the time window shows the total
hours of use.
The odometer will remain displayed for only a few seconds
then the console will go to the start up display. The dot
matrix display will be scrolling through the dierent proles
of the programs and the Message Center will be scrolling the
start up message. You may now begin to use the console.
