PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
1 Part or all of Convec-
tion DrawerMicro oven
does not operate.
Power cord of Convection DrawerMicro
oven is not completely connected to the
electrical outlet.
Power outage.
Fuse/circuit breaker at home doesn’t
work.
Demo Mode is on.
Make sure the power cord is tightly con-
nected to the outlet.
Check house lights to be sure. Call your
local electric company for service.
Replace the fuse or reset the circuit
breaker.
See page 32 for DEMO MODE.
2 Food in Convection
DrawerMicro oven is
not heated.
No power to the appliance.
Drawer controls improperly set.
Demo Mode is on.
See SOLUTION for PROBLEM 1.
Check if the controls have been properly
set.
See page 32 for DEMO MODE.
3 Convection Drawer-
Micro oven light does
not work.
Light bulb is loose or burned out. Call for service.
4 Touch controls will not
operate.
Control Lock is on. See page 33 for CONTROL LOCK.
5 Display ashes.
Power failure. Touch STOP/CLEAR pad and reset the
clock. If the Convection DrawerMicro oven
was in use, reset the cooking function.
6 Steam from the vent.
During microwaving water vapor may
come from the left side of the vent (when
facing the microwave).
7 Fan noise
After using Convection or Speed Cook,
you will hear the sound of the cooling fan.
The fan may continue to operate for an
extended period of time, depending on
the oven temperature.
Once the oven has been properly cooled,
the fan will turn off.
