Stitch Selector (Model 17828)
The stitch selector control determines the stitch you select.
Simply turn this control unti! the desired stitch is indicated by the red indicator on the stitch indicator panel.
The bottom row of stitches is selected when the stitch length control is set at the stretch stitch position.
Suitable width, stitch length and foot are shown in the guide message window.
When you select the desired stitch by turning the stitch selector, the intormation in the window will change
automatically.
Please use the color in the guide window which corresponds to the color d the stitch you select.
NOTE: To avoid needle or tabric damage, be sure your needle is up and out ol fabric when selecting a stitch.
Stitch patterns are color-coded to recommend setting zones at the stitch length control.
ZONES
Red ............ Straight, zigzag and utility stitches
• Green ............ Geometric decorative stitches
o Blue ............. Built-in buttonhole making
,* Yellow ............ Stretch stitches

La iargeur et la longueur du point et le pted presseur recommandEs sont indiquds darts la fen_tre-guide.
L ' affichange dans la fen_tre-guide change automatiquement lorsque vous choisissez au point ?t t' atde dus_lecteur.
Utilisez la couleur de l' affichage correspondant au point chotsL
Remarque: Afin d'dvtter d'endonunager l'atguille ou Ie tissu, assurez-votts que l' atguille est totqours rentontde
