Mediterranean Lamb Meatballs
1 pound ground lamb
3 garlic cloves, minced
¾ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1½ tablespoons mint, freshly
chopped
1 teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon hot sauce
½ teaspoon chili powder
1 scallion, minced
2 tablespoons parsley, finely
chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 MIX together the lamb, garlic, salt, pepper, mint, cumin,
hot sauce, chili powder, scallion, parsley, lemon juice, and
lemon zest until well combined.
2 FORM the lamb into 9 balls and chill in the fridge for 30
minutes.
3 SELECT Preheat on the Cosori Air Fryer and press
Start/Pause.
4 COAT the meatballs in olive oil and place in the preheated
air fryer.
5 SELECT Steak, adjust time to 10 minutes, and press
Start/Pause.
PREP TIME: 35 minutes
COOK TIME: 10 minutes
