Setting a Program
You will be guided through the entire setting process for
your chosen food.
1.
Turn the function selector to STEAM PROGRAMS.
2.
Swipe to the left or right to select the required
category.
3.
Swipe to the left or right to select the required steam
program.
The settings for this dish appear on the display.
Note: For some meals, you can also display notes,
e.g. on the shelf height and cookware. To do this,
swipe to the left until all of the notes are displayed.
4.
Some programs require a weight. Press the weight
and scroll to adjust.
Touch the appropriate setting and adjust it.
5.
After a few seconds the appliance starts the operation.
The estimated cooking time is shown.
Note: For some programs, the displayed cooking time
may change during the first few minutes, as the
heating-up time depends on the temperature of the
food and the water, among other things.
As soon as the cooking time has elapsed, an audible
signal sounds and the appliance ends the operation
automatically. Touch the TIMERS touch button to end the
audible signal.
Some programs offer you the opportunity to continue
cooking your dish.
If you are satisfied with the cooking result, touch "End".
If you are not happy with the cooking result, you can
continue cooking your dish.

Touch "Continue cooking".
2.
If necessary, adjust the recommended setting or time
amount.
After a few seconds the appliance starts "Continue
cooking".
Cancelling the appliance operation
Turn the temperature selector and the function selector
to OFF to cancel the appliance operation.
Cleaning Your Steam Oven
With good care and cleaning, the oven will retain its
appearance and remain fully functioning for a long time
to come. This section will explain how to correctly care
for and clean the steam oven.
Suitable Cleaning Agents
To ensure that the different surfaces are not damaged by
using the wrong cleaning agent, follow the information in
the following table. Depending on the appliance model,
not all of the areas listed may be on/in your appliance.

Do not use any
Harsh or abrasive cleaning agents
Cleaning agents with a high alcohol content
Hard scouring pads or abrasive cleaning sponges
High-pressure cleaners or steam cleaners
Special cleaners for cleaning the appliance while it is
hot
Wash new soft sponges and cloths thoroughly before
use.
Tip: Recommended cleaning and care products can be
purchased through Customer Service. Observe the
respective manufacturer's instructions.

RISK OF BURNS
The appliance becomes very hot. Never touch the
hot inside surfaces of the oven interior or heating
elements. Always allow the appliance to cool down.
Keep children away.
Notes
Slight differences in color on the front of the appliance
are caused by the use of different materials, such as
glass, plastic and metal.
Shadows on the door panels, which look like streaks,
are caused by reflections made by the interior lighting.
Enamel is baked on at very high temperatures. This
can cause some slight color variation. This is normal
and does not affect operation.
