Power convection
The heating elements generate heat, which is evenly distributed inside the oven
by the convection fan. You can use a microwave rack or a combination of a rack
and hot plate on the turntable. Use this mode for biscuits, individual scones, rolls,
and cakes as well as fruit cakes, choux pastries, and soufés.
