4 Print with HP ePrint
HP ePrint is one of the HP supplied web services. The printer with the HP ePrint capability can print
documents or photos from any located computer or mobile device.
After you email documents and photos to the email address assigned to the printer, the printer will start to
print.
NOTE: This feature works only if the printer is connected to Internet via a wireless network.

Set up HP ePrint
Before the setup, make sure your printer is connected to Internet via a wireless network.
Use the control panel to set up HP ePrint
1.
On the printer control panel, press the Home button ( ) to display the Home screen.
2. Select HP ePrint using the arrow buttons ( , ), and then press the OK button.
3. Follow the onscreen instructions.
The printer starts checking for and installing updates.
NOTE: If prompted for proxy settings and if your network uses proxy settings, follow the on-screen
instructions to set up a proxy server. If you do not have the proxy details, contact your network
administrator or the person who set up the network.
4. Press OK to accept the terms of use when prompted.
When the printer connects to the server, the printer prints an information page.
5. Follow the instructions on the page to complete the setup.
6. Follow the instructions below to nd out the HP ePrint email address assigned to the printer.
a.
Press the Home button ( ) to return to the Home screen.
b. Select HP ePrint, and then Print Info.
The printer starts to print an information page. Follow the instructions on it to customize the email
address.
