To put the head restraint back in po-
sition, locate the stems of the head
restraint in the holes, taking care to
keep them in line with the seat back.
To lower the head restraint, press the
lug
A
and the head restraint at the
same time.
The head restraint frame has a catch
which prevents it from lowering; this
safety device provides protection in
the event of an impact.
Never drive with the head
restraints removed; they
should be in place and cor-
rectly adjusted.
6. Armrests
These can be folded down and are
removable.
To remove them, press the button lo-
cated between the armrest and the
side of the seat and pull it.
7. Storage drawers
There is a storage drawer under each
front seat*.
- To open it, lift it and pull.
- To take it out, open it to its full extent,
press the ends of the slides and lift
it, then remove it completely.
- To put it back in place, at the end of
its travel, press the top of the draw-
er to secure it.
Under the front passenger seat, the
layout of the floor allows for storage
of a first aid kit and a warning triangle
(small version).
The adjustment is correct when the
upper edge of the head restraint is
level with the top of the head.
To tilt the head restraint, tilt the lower
part forwards or backwards.
Do not place heavy objects
in the drawers.
REAR HEAD RESTRAINTS
These have a high position for when
they are in use and a low position for
when they are stored.
The head restraints are
also remov-
able.
To remove them, pull upwards as far
as the stop, then press the lug (side
seat) or the two lugs (centre seat).
