Listening Server
If the device uploads alarms in listening mode via our company's SDK, you should set the IP
address and port for the listening server.
ANR
When the network is disconnected, data is temporarily saved on the memory card. When the
network
connecon is resumed, the device automacally uploads the saved data to the arming
host, in which case, the arming host IP address is required.
Note
A memory card should be installed in the device. Memory card seîž«ngs should be completed.

3.8.2 Vehicle Detecon
The device detects vehicles in the detecon area, recognizes license plates, captures and saves
pictures, and uploads alarms.
Before You Start
Set detecon scenes and detecon areas. See Set Detecon Scene and Set Lane Area for details.
Steps
1.
Go to VCA → Set
Applicaon → ITS (Intelligent Transportaon System) → Close-up Rule
Seîž«ngs .
2.
Select a scene.
3.
Check Enable.
4.
Click Add in Event List, and select Vehicle
Detecon.
5.
Select Arm Lane.
Vehicle
detecon takes eect in the selected lane areas.
6.
Select the vehicle types.
Only selected car types will trigger alarms.
7.
Click Save.
