Setting Pizza (Upper Oven)
The pizza key is designed to give you the best cooking
performance when cooking fresh or frozen pizza. It is
available in the upper oven only.
This feature lets you choose baking a frozen pizza 425°F
(218°C) or a fresh pizza 400°F (204°C). If needed, a
different target temperature than the presets can be
entered. Some fresh pizza recipes call for preheating the
oven using broil for a few minutes, but this is not part of the
pizza feature preset.
Pizza tips:
Follow the instructions on the box for preheating and
bake times.
For best results bake one pizza at a time on rack

Setting Warm (Keep Warm)
Warm is best for keeping oven baked foods warm for
serving after cooking has finished. The warm key turns on
the warm feature, will maintain an oven temperature of
170°F (77°C), and will keep oven baked foods warm for
serving up to 3 hours after cooking. After 3 hours, the warm
feature will shut the oven off. The warm feature may be
used without any other cooking operations or can be set to
turn on automatically after a bake time or delay start.
Warm tips:
Always start with hot food. Do not use the warm feature
to heat cold food.
Food in heat-safe glass and ceramic containers may
need higher temperature settings compared to food in
regular cookware.
Aluminum foil may be used to cover food to increase
moisture content.
To set warm:
1. Arrange interior oven racks and place food in oven.
2. Press warm. HLd will appear in the display.
3. Press start.
4. To turn off the warm feature at any time, press off.
Trailing Warm (Keep Warm)
When it is necessary to keep cooked foods at serving
temperature after a timed bake, the keep warm function can
be set to turn on automatically and remain on at a steady
170°F (77°C) for up to three hours.
This feature works automatically with the meat probe if the
probe is set to cancel cooking. For details see "Cooking
with Meat Probe (lower oven)" starting on page 21.
To set warm to turn on automatically:
Arrange interior oven racks and place food in oven.

start or bake time instructions, see page 19.

be displayed. The warm feature will turn on automati-
cally when the timed bake ends.
