OPERATION
INSTRUCTIONS
Target Mode
• Press MODE key.
• Scroll with UP key unl TARGET is highlighted.
• Conrm selecon with MODE key.
• Scroll through TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES, STROKES & PULSE to set
target values.
• Conrm selecon with MODE key when ready.
• Set target values for each desired seng.
• Press START / STOP to commence rowing.
Baery Replacement: Replace the
baeries when the display begins to fade
or the values appear to be very inaccurate.
To replace the baeries, remove the
baery cover on the back of the Console
Panel. Ensure the polarity is correctly
aligned & reaach the baery cover.
NB/ Once the baeries are removed, all
data will be cleared to zero.
