Use pineapple in juice, light syrup, or heavy syrup to adjust
the sweetness of your sorbet. Using fruit with no added
sugar may damage the unit.

DIRECTIONS
1. Fill an empty tub to the MAX FILL line
with chunks of fruit. Next, cover
pineapple with liquid from the can.
Don't worry if it doesn't reach the MAX
FILL line, there is no minimum fill. Place
lid on tub and freeze for 24 hours.
2. Remove tub from freezer and remove lid
from tub. Please use the Quick Start
Guide for assembly and processing
information.
3. Select SORBET.
4. Once processing is complete, add
mix-ins or remove sorbet from tub and
serve immediately.

a fork. Stir in water and whisk until
smooth.
2. Pour base through a fine-mesh sieve
into an empty tub. Place lid on tub and
freeze for 24 hours.
