7. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
7.1 GENERAL INFORMATION
The safety regulations to follow
are described in chap. 2. Strictly
comply with these instructions to
avoid serious risks or dangers.
Before conducting any inspections,
cleaning or maintenance/adjustment
interventions on the machine:
Stop the machine;
Wait until the chain is stationary;
Remove the battery from its housing;
Apply the bar cover, except when working
directly on the chain or bar itself.
Wait until the motor is suciently cold;
Read the relevant instructions;
Use suitable clothing, protective
gloves and goggles;

