6.3 faceplate installation
6.3.1 template removal
Remove the screws and template,
discard only the template once all the
facing material has been installed.
Retain the screws for installing the
faceplate.
6.3.2 faceplate, hinge, ash lip and air control arm installation
• Prior to installation, ensure the catalyst temperature monitor is installed. See “catalyst temperature monitor
installation” section for details.

WARNING
The FPWI3-H faceplate is shipped with the upper
and lower grilles assembled. Remove both grilles
before proceeding.
note:
A. Assemble the air control arm by removing the 2nd
screw, rotating the arm in line and re-installing the
screw.
B. Install the ash lip.
