4. Tighten the drain screw.
5. Loosen the insulator band screw (2) and
connecting tube clamp screw (3).
6. When installing the carburetor, align the
carburetor tabs (4) with the insulator and
connecting tube grooves (5).
7. Release the throttle sensor wire from the wire
band (6) and clamp (7).
8. Disconnect the throttle position sensor
connector (8).
9. Pull the dust cover (9) back.
10. Remove the throttle drum cover bolt (10) and
throttle drum cover (11).
11. Loosen the lock nuts (12), adjuster (13) and
disconnect the throttle cables (14) from the
throttle drum (15).
12. Remove the hot start cable holder (16).
